RC3 Interview Day
On March 19th, Elevate Installations proudly participated in an interview day at the Riverchase Career Connection Center, marking an exciting step forward in our commitment to workforce development and industry growth.
Throughout the event, our team connected with more than 25 students who expressed a strong interest in pursuing careers in the construction industry. We were especially impressed by the level of preparation many candidates demonstrated, with several already holding OSHA 10 and OSHA 30 safety certifications, an early indication of their dedication to safe and professional work environments.
The day provided a valuable opportunity to introduce students to the furniture installation industry, share insight into career paths within our company, and build relationships with individuals eager to gain hands-on experience.
From these conversations, four standout candidates were identified for their exceptional professionalism, communication skills, and leadership potential. These individuals have advanced to a second round of interviews for our Assistant Project Manager position.
A final selection will be made on May 6th during the Riverchase Career Connection Center’s Signing Day, where one candidate will officially join Elevate Installations in this role.

MAHO Convention Experience
Elevate Installation wrapped up an outstanding experience at the MAHO Convention, connecting with top vendors such as Smarter Furnishings, Brill, Foliot Furniture, and Southwest Contract. We also had the opportunity to engage with industry professionals, including Thor Augustus, Brandon Mejia, Angela Powell, and Joe Meluskey. Each sharing commitments to creating functional, comfortable environments for students.
This event strengthened our vision for future partnerships and showcased our dedication to bringing innovative furniture designs to life through reliable, efficient installation services.
